There's a saying in Hindi, "Karat karat abhyas te jadmati hot sujan" i.e. if one keeps practicing, he/she becomes wise. And we have a good example of it in Wasim Jaffer. Finally he did it. Yeah, he's knocked a ton on very first day of the second and final Test of India Bangladesh test match series, Mirpur, Dhaka. "It is nice to get a hundred in Test cricket; especially to come back and get one after a pair," Jaffer said after his stylishly made century. It would have been really very embarrassing for Mumbai boy Jaffer to get dismissed for a pair in last Test match. Dinesh Karthik was not out on 82 as the two openers put on 175 for the opening wicket, while Rahul Dravid was also unbeaten on 88.
